Hardback or Paperback?
The hardback is essentially the same as the paperback. However, the paperback has bigger dimensions, so it has 327 pages. The hardback is a standard 6″ x 9″ format, so it has 441 pages.
The content of both is virtually the same. However, the hardback has a few extra photos of memorabilia and an additional fan account. The hardback has a loose wrap-around jacket and an embossed spine. It will only be available on my website – not on Amazon or any other bookseller.
Note – All book prices are fully inclusive of postage and packing to anywhere in the world
Signed Plate?
A number of people have asked me to sign the book. I must admit that I am flattered by this, as I’m just a regular guy.
It costs too much to get the book posted to me and then to send it off again, so the solution is a “signed plate”. It is a small sticker with the globe logo from the cover. You can stick this on a page near the front of the book, or on the inside front cover. I will sign this to you and send it anywhere in the world for the extra price of £2 – to cover postage. Please note – the plate will be posted separately by me from the UK – it could arrive a few weeks after the book itself, so please be patient.

Delivery Times
Each book is printed and dispatched from your nearest print centre. So, if you order from Australia, the website will find a printer in Australia. The books are printed on demand. The turnover time from order to delivery is usually about 10 days.
