In 1989 Paul McCartney sat down with the DJ Mike Read to record eight hour-long interviews about his life and career.
Although the interviews are no longer available on the BBC, I am offering the first part here.
My motive is to provide fans with something to listen to that is no longer available.
Of course, if anybody from the BBC has a problem with this, I’ll happily take it down. Until that time arises, please listen here:
