Rare London Town Interview

Here is an interview that predates the release of London Town in March 1978. The interviewer discusses the release of Mull of Kintyre at the “end of the week”, so it must have taken place on one the days before the song’s release on Friday 11th November.

The interview was broadcast on Manchester’s Piccadilly Radio station and the interviewer is unknown – perhaps somebody could enlighten us?

Thanks to Roy Matthews for the tape source. I have done my best to make it more listenable, but at forty-two years of age, it falls into the category of an historical document!
